Return/Refund Policy:

Our return process is now easier than ever. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a Valid Reason.

Generally, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Japan Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees, laws & rights.
Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Respective Delivery fulfillment third-parties, such as All Countries/Region's Inbound & Ex-bound Customs, Transport & Logistics, Couriers & Local Postal Delivery Services, etc. MUST be contacted first for Further Resolution, with your Applicable Tracking/Order Number provided.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED BY US OR OUR FACTORY, BUT HAS BEEN LOST,DAMAGED OR STOLEN WHILE IN TRANSIT TO YOU, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AS PER YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES/COMPANY. AS THEY CAN ISSUE A RE-DELIVERY IF REQUIRED, PROVIDE PHOTO-GRAPHIC IMAGE OF THE LOCATION OF WHERE THE PARCEL WAS LEFT, or DELIVERY NAME & SIGNATURE, AND MORE.
